The Alberta government has allowed Phase 2 of the relaunch program to start June 12, 2020 . The online booking system is also now open. Please do not book an appointment if you have any of the symptoms of COVID 19 which includes: fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, body aches, shortness of breath/ difficulty breathing, conjunctivitis (pink eye), fever (38 degrees or greater) , chills, extreme exhaustion, muscle/joint aches, loss of smell or taste, loss of appetite, headache, GI symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea, nausea) . How business is conducted at the clinic will be changing due to COVID 19. This includes prescreening for COVID 19 symptoms (symptoms noted above) prior to each treatment. Should a person have any of the symptoms, they are not to attend their appointment and will be directed to return home should they come. There will not be a cancellation fee at this time so please cancel if you have any symptoms. Appointments will be spaced to prevent overlap of clients in common areas. Please come in and go directly to the treatment room that has the door open – I will be with you shortly. To further limit number of people at the clinic, I ask that you do not have anyone accompany you into the clinic unless you are in need of assistance or are a guardian for a minor (only one guardian is to attend). If you have a family member or friend drive you to your appointment they will need to remain outside the clinic during the appointment. I urge patients to arrive on time for their appointments to assist in this. Thank you in advance! Enhanced cleaning will continue. This includes, but not limited to, the entrance, bathroom, door handles, treatment tables and treatment rooms. I will be wearing a mask for all treatments. Patients may wish to wear their own mask, especially anyone with a compromised immune system or elderly. Hand sanitizer will be located at the entrance, in treatment areas and at the table where payment is done. It is encouraged to do online payments (cash and cheques will still be accepted and payments will be done in the treatment room you are in). It is requested to do payments either prior to or at the beginning of your session as this assists with the flow of people in and out of the clinic. Paid invoices will be emailed to limit paper exchange (if you require a paper copy please ask) By having payments done at the beginning of session, this then allows you to leave directly from the treatment room out of the clinic.
